How do I create my first bundle?
Open Bundle MixMatch Builder in your Shopify admin, click Create Bundle, give it a name, select your products, and set at least one discount tier. The widget appears on your storefront automatically.
The bundle widget is not showing on my storefront.
Make sure you have enabled the app embed in your active theme. Go to Online Store, Themes, Customize, then App Embeds and toggle Bundle MixMatch Builder on. Save the theme and the widget will appear.
Can I have multiple bundles running at the same time?
Yes. You can create and activate as many bundles as you need. Each bundle has its own product selection and discount tiers and they all run independently.
Discounts are not applying at checkout.
Check that your bundle has at least one active discount tier and that the shopper's cart contains the minimum quantity required. Discounts run through Shopify's native engine so make sure no conflicting discount codes are active.
